Subject to these Terms, Mayowish grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our platform for non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include any rights to copy, modify, or redistribute our proprietary software or curriculum assets.
2. Content Ownership
All games, characters, animations, and mathematical models are the exclusive property of Mayowish. Any user-generated content (like profile names) remains your property, but you grant us a license to host it within our platform for the purpose of service delivery.
3. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our safety standards or intellectual property rights. We will always attempt to notify parents or school administrators before taking final action.
